Our History

Robert Hugo Reijm founded Dutchy Detailing in 2016. Dutchy has been adding Tekla Structures tram members since 2016 and now has an experienced team of North American detailers available to handle all of your detailing needs. Many of our team members were trained on the board in the 80s and 90s and switched to computer detailing later. We bring a wealth of experience to any job. Standard, metric, carbon, stainless, aluminum, static or dynamic, we do it all.

Why we're different

We think like fabricators. We’re not merely pushing buttons on a keyboard and let some smart program do all the work for us. We know that in order to be effective detailers, we need to understand the entire fabrication and erection process. From mill orders, ABM’s, fabrication techniques, shipping limitations, rigging etc. You’ll notice that when we detail a structure for you, we are fully engaged in the process and act as an extension of the fabricator and/or erector.
